SignForge is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-signature platform. All our services, features, and subscriptions are delivered digitally via the SignForge web application at signforge.io. There are no physical products or goods involved in any SignForge transaction.

2. Instant Access

Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately. You will receive:

3. Delivery Method

All services are delivered online through your SignForge account:

• Subscription features: Unlocked automatically in your dashboard upon payment
• Signed documents: Available for download as PDF files from your dashboard
• Audit certificates: Generated and available as downloadable PDF files
• Email notifications: Signing requests, completion notices, and reminders delivered to registered email addresses

4. Delivery Confirmation

Service delivery is confirmed through:

• Updated plan status visible in your Dashboard → Billing page
• Immediate availability of paid features in your account

5. No Physical Shipping

As a purely digital service, SignForge does not ship any physical products. There are no shipping fees, delivery addresses, or courier services involved. All purchases are delivered online and instantly.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment, or if your subscription features are not activated:
