At SignForge, we want you to be completely satisfied with our e-signature platform. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund. 2. Free Tier

SignForge offers a free tier with core e-signature features. The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No cancellation or refund applies to the free tier.

3. Paid Subscriptions

SignForge offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) with additional features such as templates, multi-recipient support, email reminders, teams, and bulk send. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through our payment partner, DODO Payments.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward refund approach for new customers:

  • 7-day refund window: New subscribers are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of their first payment.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are limited to situations involving technical failures preventing service access, duplicate or erroneous charges, or billing errors on our part.
  • Prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

To request a refund, contact us at support@signforge.io with your account email and reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

When you cancel a paid subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
  • In-flight envelopes (documents currently being signed) will continue to work normally and will not be interrupted.
  • Templates become read-only — you can view them but not create new ones.
  • Your documents and data are retained and accessible under free tier limits.
